Possible New Tropical Storm is Coming Again, will it be Henry?

After Glenda leaves destruction to Luzon Area, here comes another report that there would be a possible tropical storm coming.

The said storm were located at the eastern part of the philippines. The storm will be possible named as Henry if it turns out into a tropical cyclone.
