It has been spreading out in the news about Julia Baretto's plan of erasing her true surname "Baldivia". In an interview of Denis Padilla in Startalk, he did not believe about the rumors and he just ignore it.
But last June, someone said to him that there is someone who file a change of name. He then find out that the petition was last August 2013. Dennis was emotionally hurt and he admitted that they have the right to do that petition since he cannot give them all what they need.
Dennis left message to her Daughter saying that She love her so much and she doesnt need to this.
