Do you still remember this incident happened last time in Cebu City? It was the incident of a newborn baby who's mouth was taped by a nurse.
According to the report, the mother of the baby Jasmine Badocdoc, and the hospital where the incident happened was already settled. It was found out that the part of the hospital has violations.
