Mayor Duterte was warned by President Ninoy Aquino for Terror Threat that will happen in Davao City. The threat was posted by Abdul Basit Usman.
Also the report says that this Usman is known to have link with the Abu-Sayyaf and at the same time is known to be expert in bomb making.
