A video was taken outside Robinsons Mall in Dumaguete. The video shows the Disabled Person was not allowed to enter with his Assistance Dog even though he already presented his Medical Certificate.

According to Mark Cohen (The Person who wasn't allowed to enter inside the mall), He has a disorder in which he needs his Assistance Dog. Unfortunately, the Guard of Robinsons Mall did not allow him to enter.

He already explained that his dog is not just an ordinary dog. The Dog was trained to assist him if ever he will have some attacks of his disorder.
